A chained withdrawal allows you to perform a currency exchange and a withdrawal in a single process. Once the exchange is completed, the withdrawal is automatically executed.
To perform a chained withdrawal, please follow these steps:
- Click “New Exchange” on the main dashboard and select the Standard or Real Time exchange option
Choose the desired currency pair and amount and proceed with the exchange.
- - Select “withdraw to beneficiary” to proceed with the withdrawal
Select the beneficiary:- - If the beneficiary has already been added and paid before, select their name from the dropdown list.
- - If the beneficiary is new, click “Add New Beneficiary” and enter the required details.
- Click “Continue” to proceed. The exchange will be executed first, and consequently, the withdrawal will follow automatically once the exchange is completed.
