Platform status meaning
Withdrawals
- Approval Required: Transaction is pending client-side approval before Freemarket can process it. Only applies if additional security is enabled on the account (4 eyes or 6 eyes approval workflow)
- Pending: the transaction is queued for payment and awaiting dispatch by the Freemarket team.
- Processing: the transaction has been dispatched by Freemarket’s banking team and is now with the banking partner for completion.
- Completed: the transaction was successful, and funds have been sent.
- Cancelled: The transaction has been cancelled. If cancelled by Freemarket, an email will explain the reason. If cancelled by the user, it can be viewed in the "Activity" tab.
Incoming funds
- Add Transferor Info: the transaction requires additional information to be added before it can proceed.
- Pending, No Action Required: the transaction is under review by the transaction monitoring team.
Internal Transfers (Moving funds between accounts that belong to the same group)
- Pending: the transaction is currently being processed
- Completed: the transaction is completed
- Cancelled: The transaction has been cancelled.
Internal Transfer (Moving funds between account that belong to different groups)
- Pending: the transaction is currently being reviewed by the transaction Monitoring team to be processed
- Completed: the transaction is completed
- Cancelled: The transaction has been cancelled.
Standard Exchanges:
- Pending: the exchange is queued for processing.
- Processing: the exchange is currently being processed
- Completed: the exchange is completed
- Cancelled: The transaction has been cancelled.
Real-Time Exchanges:
- Processing: the exchange is currently being processed
- Completed: The exchange is completed
