Transfer Manager

To use the fund transfer feature within the Freemarket ecosystem, a user must have the Transfer Manager permission. A Client Admin can add this permission by following these steps:

Click the arrow next to the account name.


  • Click on “Edit Manager Users” button
  • - Insert email address of the existing user


  • Click on “Confirm”


Alternatively, you may provide a Letter of Authorisation (LOA) on company letterhead, signed by a director. The LOA should include the list of users, requested changes or edits, and any workflow approval requests. If you require an LOA template, please contact Support or your Relationship Manager.
