If a bank transfer is showing as pending on your client dashboard, it means Freemarket has received funds intended for your account and is currently processing them. In some cases, we may require additional details before the funds can be credited.
There are two possible statuses you might see:
- Pending – No action required
This means we are processing the transfer, and no further input is needed from you at this time.
- Add transferor info
This means we need more information about the sender or source of the funds. Please click the prompt to provide the requested details so we can complete the process.
