What kind of security checks do you need before you can send money from my account?

Transactions may be initiated by users who have been granted access to the account with the appropriate permissions. For each transaction request, detailed information regarding the destination of the fund i.e. where the funds are going, the beneficiary details, must be provided.

To enhance security, an additional verification step is available: prior to confirming a transaction, a confirmation code is sent to the phone number associated with the user on the platform. This ensures that only authorised users can finalise the transaction.

Furthermore, all transactions are subject to mandatory compliance checks and transaction monitoring protocols. Once all requirements have been met and the transaction has been duly approved, we will proceed with authorising the instruction and executing the payment.
