How can I make a stablecoin withdrawal?

To initiate a stablecoin withdrawal, navigate to the ‘Balances’ page, and select the stablecoin currency you wish to withdraw. Click on the ‘withdraw funds’ button from the upper right hand corner.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, or choose to withdraw the full balance. Click ‘continue’.

Select either an existing beneficiary from the dropdown or create a new one by clicking on the ‘Add new beneficiary’ button.

If creating a new beneficiary, input the required beneficiary details and select the protocol/blockchain the beneficiary’s wallet is on and enter the wallet address. Click ‘continue’.

You will be asked to confirm and authorise the withdrawal using the authorisation code sent to you via SMS or email.

Once confirmed, the payment will be sent for processing and will show in your completed transactions once processed.
